Project overview
A public survey of more than 30,000 people on mobility, pollution and solar adoption, which identified the four main reasons EV adoption is still low.
The programme begins by establishing a measured baseline rather than a modelled one. Instrumentation goes in first, data accumulates across a full seasonal cycle where the question demands it, and only then do we test interventions against what the site is actually doing.
Findings are written up so that a plant manager, a municipal officer or a fleet operator can act on them, with the uncertainty stated plainly rather than buried in a footnote.
Approach
- 01
Baseline
Instrument the site or fleet and establish what is happening today.
- 02
Model
Build options against the measured baseline, not against nameplate figures.
- 03
Trial
Run the intervention at a scale large enough to be meaningful and small enough to be reversible.
- 04
Report
Publish the result, including what did not work and why.
